And most of all Jay Elec is better at RHYMING because Kanye don’t even write rhymes. This shouldn’t even be an argument. Jay Elects lyrics are far more dense and intricate than Kanye’s.

You're crazy. Jay Elec sounds exactly the same on everything. He has 1 flow. Sure it's easier for Kanye to switch "his flow" since various other people write his raps, but still that shows range and versatility that JE does NOT have.
