I don’t think so. Parks feels like Mal and Rory are fukking up the money. That’s been his stance this whole time. This is a job that he depends on and takes serious. If I’m parks, who uses his home, who records and makes sure everything is straight while they film, is always on time and an active participant on air, and i see two nikkas always come late, sit on the couch salty and give dry effort AND THEN get mad and stop showing up for shyt that can be settled easily, I’d be fukking pissed. Especially if they are paid way more than they contribute.

That’s in no way how a non-compete works. You can be forced to not work in a region or industry for years.

yeah. non-competes are not so easy to invalidate. barring a breach of contract or proof of unjust action, sometimes your best bet is to get the company who drafted the non-compete to agree to lift it. or lawyer up and fight them in court.

The ppl that are on Joe's side in this, and Joe himself, are not ppl I would ever care to associate myself with. I don't know the legal ramifications about any of this (and neither does anyone else, to be fair), but from a human standpoint, there is zero justification for Joe to treat them two like that. Called these dudes friends and this is how he treats them? Keep your 'friendship' far away from me.

I think that he might be right from a business standpoint but he went about this terribly. It’s clearly because his feelings are hurt and he’s trying to save face.
