HOwever them nikkas checked out in 2020 and maybe in 2019. If they werent fukking with the situation they should have bounced, I dont understand how people stick to a job they hate or no longer like doing. I checked out because they brought NOTHING to the show in a long time. I am now more interested in seeing how the pod moves going forward and to see how long before the masses forgets about all of this shyt and he is back cooking. Wait until the next big event happens in hip hop or whatever, it will be slow for a few weeks but they will care to hear his opinion on

I disagree with it being just them that added nothing to the show. They all played a part in the 2020 content quality dip.

During that time period Joe was lazy as fukk and obviously putting in no effort once he knew spotify wasn't happening. There were episodes where Rory actually tried to hold it down because Joe seemed like he was just going through the motions until the spotify deal ended.

Mal has been useless for awhile now, but Rory was always consistent with stepping up when Joe wasn't on it.

Facts.

Joe the only one getting overly emotional and paranoid over simple business inquiries from friends doing business with him.

I'm starting to feel like Joe started making plans to replace Rory and Mal as soon as the deals started coming in and he realized they would be making more than he felt like they were worth. He had no obligation to do the right thing and fix the behind the scene problems because he can literally pay for both ice and ish for less than he was paying one of the guys, joe even admitted that they would have eventually split up once contracts were up because he was definitely cutting their pay and putting them on salary.

Only way Parks is getting let go is if joe decides to build his own studio and can hire a sound engineer for cheap.

an audit is an independent party that gives an opinion on if the financials properly represent the standing of the company

Joe is lying and stealing. No one presents accounting to an outside party on an editable document (excel)

Im glad this convo turned to this so i can chime. As a non profit accountant, no one will accept an excel sheet as a document in place for a certified financial statement.

The way they framed it, it didnt even have notes for certain line items like most if not all financial statements have.

joe is fukkin shady. Giving all these caveats.

and to clarify, accountants use excel to do our jobs. Its a tool. Not something we give auditors. MY auditors use our accounting system. Like when they come in, we give them access and login credentials. Thats how little they trust an excel sheet.
