Remember R&M nor Parks ever actually talked to Spotify and were only going off what Joe was relaying back to them. As I mentioned before Joe has changed stories so many times on how negotiations with Spotify went. Why would Spotify demand a 360 on the cast when they only had a contract in the first place with Joe. The other guys were never under a Spotify contract.

Yeah Joe was just making up alot of shyt that didn't make sense at the time. I believe a spotify rep actually came forward with details of the offer in response to to the shyt Joe was saying, which is how we found out he was offered 40 mil when Joe was claiming it was just a few mil at the time.
Spotify wanted exclusive rights to the podcast in video, and Joe framed that as them trying to take over his entire youtube channel.
