Money isn't there like it used to be and I figured streaming would take over
But it just seems like the rapid pace of people creating pods have slowed and streaming is for younger people.
Patreon's UI is azz. I hate it.

How cable companies(i guess now netflix too with them paying 5B for Raw) view Wrestling is probably how streamers view podcast shyt. Cable likes wrestling because it's low cost, has built in audience and guaranteed content every week. With actual tv shows you have to deal with long ass productions/breaks, big budgets, egos of the talent, etc. With wrestling it's 52 weeks, cheaper, and more consistent. Same shyt with pods.

Netflix has the best webplayer and UI, I just wont be using it myself. Them and HBO are steady trying to force ads into the paid subscription models

The netflix news reminded me, did Joe and the pod ever cover the LeBatard show? They got a deal with HBO showing their pod show every week like last year or so.
They also signed a deal(extension) a few months ago that will have draftkings put they shyt on peacock etc too.
