I kinda liked the discussion about how they’re not a podcast. All the BTS/Lore shyt they do is pretty unique. Joe should treat that shyt like SNL. The cast should rotated every couple of years. (Not a hockey shift change). I’d replace flip then Ice next.

I don’t know about that. It’s not that easy to find replacements. Joe lucked out after losing Rory and Mal. That’s why he was panicking before Ice and Ish joined.

Yep. If Joe doesnt have the right cohosts, a large majority of ppl will not tune in.
If Joe was by himself or just had parks, shyt would fall off a cliff.
I think ppl underestimate how important the cohosts are, especially in Joe's case. They play off their history with Joe a lot, which allows Joe to be lazy as hell.
Before you nikkas kill me and say "joe works harder than anyone", I mean lazy as in setting up topics and shyt like that. shyt a normal successful pod does. The production side of shyt.

R&M had equity and then when the podcast took off he realized that hed have to pay them millions.

These new nikkas on contracts for peanuts, everything set up different than before. He not gonna panic if Ish and Ice dip, nikkas gonna be lining up for a job. It doesn't matter who sits in them couches i promise. The film crew and editors were more important to the podcast than Mal was.

Whenever it ends will be due to Joe's fukkery in some shape or form. There's no way for any of us to know how much the pod makes accurately, but it's in the millions and nobody is willing giving that up unless he hit a lick for alot of money.

That doesn’t mean Joe can find replacements who are both comfortable being on camera consistently and who he has a good rapport with.
