mma gyms are ran by idiots for the most part

if you wanna be a true mix martial artist you need to train each discipline separate from each other and master the art
But that's not the best way to be a fighter...

Most mix martial arts disciplines have only few techniques that actually work in real fights...It is waste of time spending 5 years to master only 1 art form...

If you learn boxing, Bjj, wrestling and mui thai individually, that's like 20 years of your life...You will be in a nursing home when you are ready to fight...:russ:

MMA fighters train WAY to hard than necessary...

(1) If you have been doing this full time for 5 years, you are an EXPERT...You have a lot of muscle memory...All you need to do is refine what you already know...

(2) These dudes need to focus on cardio because most of them can even make it pass the 3rd round, and maintain high level skills

(3) All these injuries is evidence of poor training regimen...Doing anything smart will always beat out doing it hard...

That....and juice :sas2:

Juicers are usually more susceptible to tears and such because their body is pushing itself far beyond what it would normally be handling without performance enhancers, so they end up sacrificing muscle integrity for that extra mile...
