Who are you.......![]()
He's top 10, but I wouldn't put him top 5. My P4P:
1) Silva
2) a. Bones
b. GSP
3) Aldo
4) Bendo
5) Cain
6) a. Barao
b. Mighty Mouse
GSP and Bones and Mighty Mouse and Barao are interchangeable.
Not sure why a lot of people are hating on this fight. Barao's one of the best fighters on the planet and Wineland's a very tough opponent [an upset in this fight is not far-fetched]. Plus, for the most part, they are both exciting.

So what does JDS demolishing Mir and werdum have to do with Nelson rematching JDS. You think just because some1 beat somebody once they shouldnt fight again?
JDS demolished Cain 1st round tko, but cain beat em the 2nd time. Cain came back with a different gameplan, the 2nd time. GSP lost to arm bar to matt hughes, 2 yrs later they rematched and we all know what happened.
Every1 thought Big Foot had no chance against Reem on standing, they fought and da upset happened.
Roy vs JDS is a beautiful rematch. Roy has already faced him, knows what to expect and can gameplan around that. Roy has a lot of tv exposure from ultimate fighter, and is embraced by fans. I dont know what Hunt would bring to a JDS fight that Roy doesnt already bring plus more. Knock out power, a chin, check and check for Roy too. Every1 says Cain couldn't keep JDS down, Cain only has that wrestling base, he doesn't have a full grappling and BJJ base so that once he gets the fighter down, can use other maneuvers and holds to keep the opponent down. Multiple times JDS was giving Cain his back and jus standing up, a BJJ fighter would've been quick to get the hooks in and go for the rear choke. Cain jus held around his waist.
Weidman went the distance with damien, hes going to get beaten in showmanship fashion. They'll probably ask for a rematch if he gets a decision.
I always had my suspicions but she is clearly on that racist tip. Straight up blanked tyson like he was some bum off the street
I'm just saying that Nelson couldn't beat fighters that JDS has steamrolled. Nelson is a step up above gatekeeper, while JDS is at the top of the heap.
The difference between the fights you mentioned and this one, is that those were relatively even fights. While this fight is horribly lopsided. JDS is a much much better striker, has more speed, and more power. The only advantage that Roy has, is on the ground [something that isn't even guaranteed], which is going to be completely neutralized by JDS's takedown defence and ability to spring back up when taken down. JDS took Roy's best shots unfazed in their first fight, so a KO is unlikely for Roy. Plus, all he really has is a telegraphed overhand right, which I don't see connecting. Most [if not all] the people here can admit this a horrible mis-match. I can't believe you actually like Roy's odds against Junior. This fight is a bigger mismatch than Cain/Big Foot.
Hunt is a much better striker than Nelson, he's a much bigger threat to JDS on the feet. Nelson's BJJ is going to completely useless because the fight's not hitting the ground. And even if it does, it will be for a very short amount of time.
BREH, I'm still waiting for name 10 better HWs than Hunt in the UFC. And, again, how is Nelson beating JDS?
Never said that Nelson is gonna beat em in a rematch, i said it would be a good fight that I would want to see and would rather see than Hunt face JDS. Nelson has more ways to win the fight possibly, as compared to Hunt. Hunt couldnt knock out Struve till ad big idiot jus stood in front of em wit his hands down askin to hit em. There's nothing impressive about beatin Struve in that fight or in that fashion.
You want 10 better than hunt currently, no prob:
cain
jds
cormier
big foot
reem
werdum
mir
barnett
nog
nelson
The new Reem episode 3 Knockout is out now. We follow the Reem in fightweek for his fight against Bigfoot Silva and get a unique backstage look at what happened afterwards.
Hunt matches up well with JDS, his odds against Junior are better than Nelson's.
Barnett is not a UFC HW.
