The fight between Luke Cage and Jessica Jones is all the Buffy the Vampire Slayer, down to the cathedral rock and roll venue, the possessed boyfriend, and the British guy making snarky comments as they fight to the death.

matt and froggy could have easily had been coming to or leaving a meeting at carrie ann moss law firm and that takes
- like an hour to film
-makes the fans happy
- doesn't really mess with any of the continuity


also hells kitchen is a ten block area

most of the shot was shot in tribeca
, they should have just had her working out of tribeca

also after age of ultron they move avengers base to westchester and iron man no longer an avenger

Just finished the season
It started off slow but picked up each episode
Killgrave was a great ass villain. Really indicated to me how powerful professor x could be since he could also read minds

Yeah Magneto's fear of Xavier is based on Kilgrave's excesses.

An alien should have no problem dealing with Kilgrave though, cuz they won't be affected by his pheremones the same way, right?

This is up with Leftovers season 1 as one of the most overrated shows I've ever watched. Unlike Leftovers though I actually gave this a genuine shot, but between all the fkin whining emo bullshyt, the lack of action, and subtle as a sledge hammer feminism I can't even finish this shyt.

@ niccas insulting Daredevil by saying this shyt is even close. I had a fkin feeling this was some bullshyt.

I liked it but Jessica is a piece of shyt. Her blindly trying to save herself through Hope let killgrave kill a bunch of people and almost become even more super powerful . Also if I'm in her friends i don't eveeeeeeeeer let her make a plan again as they all suck and fail. Her last plan wasn't even a plan and was pointless , all she did was expose herself to killgrave and if his powers worked on her she would of listened even if trish was wearing headphones as he clearly was saying Jessica . So fukking dumb

The Good:
Ritter was perfect as Jessica Jones
Ritter and Mike Colter also had really good romantic chemistry
Killgrave is my personal favorite MCU villain; David Tennant killed it in the role
I also enjoyed the fact that Jessica was a fukk up of epic proportions and almost every plan she had ended horribly
I liked Trish and would be cool with seeing a Hell-Cat spinoff featuring the character
Loved the violence and sexual situations too; this was more along the lines of what I was expecting from a Netflix MCU show than what was done with Daredevil

The Bad:
Simpson/Nuke was really unnecessary and the show would have been perfectly fine if the character had been totally edited out
Gotta hit Marvel with the for once again killing off a veteran black character actor for no good reason
The fight choreography was very uneven; some of it looked cool (like the Jessica/Luke fight) and then it would look like some shyt you would have seen on Charmed
They spent a little bit too much time on that annoying neighbor chick whose twin brother got killed by Killgrave

There were pacing problems but I didn't mind it as much because I really liked the characters a lot for the most part.
I felt Daredevil had the same pacing problems but the difference is that I hated most of the characters in DD.
