Went from 1st to 6th
Definitely a rough game to win because the tiebreakers for draft position are not favorable for the Raiders at all. If the Patriots lose out, they will get the #2 overall pick at worst. If the Giants win one of their remaining two games and the Patriots lose out, the Patriots will have the #1 overall pick.
I think the Raiders would want the Patriots to get the #1 overall pick and make a trade and get a QB of their choosing instead of trading up to #2 overall and getting whichever of Sanders/Ward are there.

They probably could've & were talking themselves into taking Ward bc there was no way on earth they'd jump the Raiders right....until it happened lol
See that team picking 4th rn on Tankathon? They already said they will do whatever it takes to get one of Sanders/Ward. I imagine they'd give NE anything you would except NE only has to slide back 2 spots instead of 4
If they lose next week to the team you just beat, and they will make it happen the coach hates Levis, it's over. I don't understand how ya'll let this happen

The only party that I'm happy for is the fans who paid their hard earned money to see this rotten team.
The frustrating aspect that there seems to be no long term vision for this team. Getting a franchise QB would have injected some HOPE and ENERGY into the organization.
I'd be one thing if this was a dominant win and we had a young team with a young QB building momentum into 2025. Instead, it was a 5 point win against a team that knew their assignment.

Players don’t tank because there’s so much roster turnover every year, they don’t care who the QB is gonna be next season, most of them nikkas won’t be on the team. They playing to get their new contracts and for pride
So the people who have to orchestrate the tank are at the higher level. Which is the coach/gm/owner by sitting guys and making up fake injuries to stars. The problem is we have a Coach we ain’t tanking either because he thinks he can somehow salvage this job if he wins a few games. So he’s starting AOC instead of Riddler smfh. What Davis or Telesco should’ve done was either get rid of Pierce or tell him he’s starting Riddler. But instead we start AOC, who’s mildly competent and won a game that may have set the franchise back another couple of years. Awful.

This win also may impact our HC search. It's much easier to sell the stench of this franchise to a top HC candidate when a number 1 draft pick is attached.
