I don't think they did enough to ken to hurt his overall standing in the game
Feels like everyone else just got mostly ease of use/QoL changes. Capcom too scary if you ask me

I will say nerfing dee jay's damage output is appreciated tho because he hits like a goddamn truck for no reason

I've Destroyed Whole Planets
I haven't played SF6 really since T8 came out but I had to try Akuma and he's already fun. Already bodied high platinum and diamond players with him and I haven't even found my true meta with him yet. Once I get my new pad then I'll really dive in with him.

DeeJay got reparations from mistreatment in older games. Unfortunately for DJ mains, those payments weren't for life.
Yeah ryu got some decent sauce and it makes him more distinct from the other shotos so thats a plus

Manon still trash but the level 3 damage increase with medals and B.HP being + on block is something.

Gief is way better, though fixing the Lariat would have been huge. All that pushback reduction is amazing.
Just did trials and training mode, so no comment on the wakeup reversal, but more defense options are good period, and the reguar reversal being safer is great.
