Your boy hasn't beaten Djokovic outside of clay since 2013, speak on that.

The way Nadal's fans use injuries as an excuse is hilarious, part of being at the top is your availability. Who's fault is it that his brand of tennis has been detrimental to his body? Thems the breaks
"bu bu but he beat Federer 14 years ago in Wimbledon! :damn:"

I had no idea Joker Stans were this insufferable and unlikeable.

knew they were when they wouldn't even come around to even give fake congrats to Rafa

just blame the Australian govt because they're supposed to bow to one man and overlook what a deadly virus has done

nobody made Novak not take the vaccine and then try to act like everything was fine

your guy is an all time great...the people just don't love him like Fed & Rafa :manny:

hell...depending on how his career turns out, Alcaraz might get more love than him down the road

And Nadal and Federer fans are beacons of fandom?

Cry more.

And I don't really care that he isn't as "loved" as Federer and Nadal, the fact he has to deal with so much partisan crowds for all these years just makes him even greater. Achieving all he has despite that demonstrates his mental fortitude.

You don't care and yet you responded, fukk outta here.

I don't get annoyed at things I don't care about, perhaps you're the weirdo.

Recorded the match and just finished watching. About what I expected from Kyrgios. That was a workman performance from Novak; nothing special but just stayed even keeled and waited Kyrgios out.

You can see the decline in his game but the tour is so cheeks right now it doesn't matter. I hope he passes Nadal.

That's all of 10 matches, half with Nadal hurt or slumping, and somehow Nadal has still won 12 Grand Slams since 2013 including hardcourt Slams in 2013, 2017, 2019, and 2022.

You sound very proud that it only took 9 years and multiple injuries for Djokovic to finally surpass Nadal on some surfaces. Are you telling me that the younger, far later-peaking player eventually became better on his best surfaces than the older, earlier-peaking player is on his lesser surfaces? What a surprise!

Djokovic fans are rich talking about "availability". :laff:

And despite the injuries and that long streak they're still virtually even in career head-to-head, match record, and Grand Slams. You'd think after all this late career stat-padding that Djoker would have built a lead by now. Sad.

I guess being the distant 3rd wheel when the big boys were all at their peak puts you in quite the hole.

Nadal has won 12 majors in the last 9 years but now beating Federer in his absolute prime isn't an accomplishment because it happened in 2008? :gucci:

Half of Brady's titles were damn near 20 years ago, I guess we're not counting those anymore. :deadrose:

Tiger no longer my GOAT because it was too long ago, gonna put Rahm and Koepka over him cause those were more recent. :pachaha:

I already knew 100%, I just didn't know we had them here like that.

I mean, think of the process by which you would become a Djokovic stan as opposed to a Federer or Nadal stan and you have your explanation for why they this way. :russ:

Oh look cue the injury excuses, honestly at this point it's kinda pathetic. Like I said if you play a brand of tennis your body can't hold up against then oh well, conveniently when he loses his fans tend to bring up injury excuses.

Stat padding, is it stat padding every time Nadal wins a slam? Idiocy. And Djokovic has been dominating how long now? Sour grapes.

To be honest I appreciate all 3. Fed was the first and I never thought anyone would surpass his tally but for Nadal and then Novak to get to 20+ is insane when you think he only had 1 Major when Fed had 16 and has since caught up. All 3 are arguably the greatest tennis players (I would personally put Bjorg in there to). It will be a lifetime debate talking about them and I can't be mad at anyone's preference to them. Like the Montana - Brady debate.
