..... I did most of my high school in Ottawa way back in the day..... been traumatized ever since.
.... I know it has gotten better for us up there, but me even thinking about the place has me relapsing like a Nam-vet.....
As an illustration..... Roti-hut was my only escape to get some decent food.... every weekend I would trek up Rideau street to the bridge before Vanier just to get a taste of decent food......traumatic times...

Yeah I feel you, it has gotten better for us here but if I was single the thing I'd hate is how everyone knows each other or you know someone who knows someone who knows you.

It's a blessing and a curse for single brehs; if you're congolese all the Congolese out here will know you, especially if you're deep with the church crowd
The blessing is you're a ghost in other communities and they'll most likely keep you on
