All my brehs are you able to still talk to a human customer service rep with your cellphone companies? ..... I'm with Fido and today had the most surreal phonecall..... I was calling them to dispute a charge on my bill. Of course you get the automated AI service first from which you can request a live person....... This is what happened today:
AI Operator: Please reaquest what you would like to do.
Me: Bill adjustment..
AI Operator: I will take you to billing.... State what you would like to do.
Me: OPERATOR!!!
AI Bot: I understand you would like to talk to a live customer service representative. We can do that. We will provide you with three days amd times to select from and we will have a customer service representative call you. State what day out of Thursday, Friday, Saturday you would like us to call.
Me:..

... Thursday..
AI Bot: What time? 530, 6pm, or 7pm?
Me: 6 fuxkin pm.
AI Bot: Got it.... we will have a rep call you at 6pm on Thursday.

I feel so indignant by this whole exchange I may straight up change phone providers even though I am happy with what I pay....... this is some next level enshytification of customer service..
