. I remember almost buying a condo in 2015 for 200k pre construction. I remember in 2016 helping an ex look for a place and a brand new 2bdrm condo near yorkdale was renting for 1,300 and that was considered pricy. She ended up moving into this massive basement apartment 2 bdrms for 900 a month .Like, you're telling me we need the TFW program when we've got 100k+ homeless people in Ontario?looolHigh Rent as well
