You should live where i grew up. 15 mins from.downtown on the up express...15 mins drive from Yorkdale...5-10 mins away from all major highways

Weston and Lawrence...place has...lots of character

:sas2:

I spent 10 years of my childhood in Baltimore, I'm okay with a little character :sas2:

live...looking to sign 1 year lease most likely but open to 2

There are these really nice, new condos on the west side of Toronto. Yorkdale to be specific that I go by when I'm in that area. So gorg! You can get a 1 bedroom apartment with that budget. :wow:

appreciate it breh, know of any places?

links breh?

where's that?

Something like this breh. If you hunt around you might get it even cheaper (1+1 BD (LARGE DEN) Luxury Condo @ Lakefront for RENT | 1 bedroom + den | City of Toronto | Kijiji)

PM me if you serious, I can help you out.

Since you just wanna stay a year and enjoy what the city has to offer, i'd definitely recommend being at a nice location rather than all the way in the boonies. Toronto has decent public transportation but it is still pretty spread out compared to well, NY, so you will start cursing yourself eventually if you decide to live far from downtown.

The Ministry of Health has posted a notice on its website saying all opioids that exceed the equivalent of 200 milligrams of morphine a day will be delisted from the province’s drug formulary as of January. The ministry is overhauling its drug plans against a backdrop of rising addiction rates and overdose deaths across Canada.

Ontario to stop paying for high-dose opioids
