that hip concert was watched by almost 12 million ppl.
I guess so, I've heard a few of there songs here and there, and some of it is cool.holy shyt, that's one in every 3 people in the country

but I've been looking them up more. they are pretty one of the best selling bands in Canadian history.
every one of their albums went platinum(many multiplatinum, like 7-8x) and they have two diamond albums.
That shyt is pretty crazy if you put it in respect to the fact that they had ZERO American crossover success.

12 million ppl watched that concert. even if they were ALL white ppl....that is 1 third of your total population watching..... 1 in 3 ppl.
if you aren't impressed by that you are just TRYING to be different
for example, the Super Bowl was watched by 114 million americans...or a bout 1 in 3.
this concert was the equivalent of the Super Bowl......the most watched event every year
