Scarborough was wildest during early 2000s i was young but i seen some fukked up shyt that scared me for life

My ex gf lived in Scarborough (Rouge Park area). Visited her a few times and was surprised to see that it was a normal ass suburb albeit with a high percentage of black ppl.

Maybe there's a few hood spots but I feel like a lot of Scarborough residents these days play the crime up for brownie points.

I'm coming back on the 7th after strange ass events led us to Nova Scotia...had to leave. That place is Canada's Western PA.
Some shyt went down w/ a few brehs I knew y'all might have heard the HOK shyt on the news. I was just at a barbecue w/ them...the whole squad got bagged when I was gone, and I hung w/ them nikkas. I called my homie up and he said it was all bad. I wonder how he remained unscathed

If places like Aurora are already that expensive I'm moving out of the GTA.

Aurora is already far out in the boonies and there's no chance I will be scoring a high paying job anywhere other than downtown.

You right though its alot safer then it was 11 years ago to be honest alot people went to jail, died or just moved out to other suburbs

Languages can be learned. That's not gonna stop me. Montreal french isnt even real french anyways. If i wanted to get fluent id probably have to chill in the outskirts for a while.

Aurora has always been expensive, just a tad below the king city housing prices

Newmarket used to be cheap but it's not anymore. East gwimburry and Keswick are cheap but there , and are in the middle of nowhere.

Barrie is still somewhat cheap but that Travel to and from work.

you don't necessarily need to speak French to work in a lot of places in Montreal especially West Island.

I lived on the South Shore for 3 years and never had an issue with speaking English. Its not just West Island where you can get away with English, its pretty much growing so you'll be straight, and the housing is sooo much cheaper.
