damn breh ... i'm jealous. i don't what you meant by 32 but that is still pretty young to me. im in my early 20s so finding a level headed chick out of the thicket of bird brains i'm dealing with is already issue enough.

i save like a fiend, but im only one person so it doesn't accumulate as much.

but yah breh, keep on kicking game. you should start a blog or something. i would gladly read it since you are from around these parts and are a success story.

much love

to be honest, if ure in ur early 20s and youre saving youre waaay ahead of the game

my mid 20s..the 3-4 years after I graduated was a lost cause..i didn't really start handling bidness til 28

the key is having a good woman, having a good steady paycheque in a reliable industry (think financial services, insurance etc)

then work a part time gig...do that for 2 years..its exhausting but youll get some serious bank

for now id say keep debts down as low as possible

the only problem is yall generation is fukked with these damn real estate prices

In Mississauga, Maysa Matar puts her pots and pans away in the cupboards of her new kitchen. The family will be paying $1,600 a month in rent at their new apartment.

Might as well quit my job and fly to Syria and then come here,

Canada going to crap,

Just be Syrian and get enough gwap to pay for a 1,600 a month apartment

Be named jayvon and your at Jane n finch

$1600 gets you a luxury apartment in downtown Montreal. I heard on the news these Syrians are getting $61 a day in meal money.

1600 a month is a NICE ass condo with TWO washrooms, damn. Why aren't they getting $500 basement apartments? What's Trudeaus end game here? Syria is his pockets or something?‎

Just typical politics. He was voted in because he said he'd do something about the Syrian situation. After the Paris attacks I'm sure he must have been on some :whoa: but he can't back out now.

So in short, there is no end game. That is a problem. He is just playing with our tax dollars and potentially putting us at peril, because once those refugees stop getting that monthly paycheque, plush apartments etc and start living the lives typical canadian lives in, chances of radicalization increases exponentially.

300 000 refugees expected by the end of the year

Not reading too much into this, but what's their situation on the homeless?
