Sauga has a bunch of condos which are cheaper. Milton is mostly all detached and semi detached houses

Even these condos are misleading buy a condo for 250k then with mortgage and a maintenance fees end up paying like 2 grand a month for a 1bdrm

I remember him living in Toronto then his dad took his ministry to Florida, then they came back. His mom died in 2003. Then when I saw him next was years later when his dad preached at my brother in law church, and I spoke to him and his brothers and they had a janitorial service.
