True, but some of them Somalis don't fukk around. My godmothers grandson had to come back to Montreal because he got in some beef with some Somalis out there.

Its just demographic differences tbh. Biggest public housing neighbourhoods in the city have big Muslim pops (Arabs/Somalis), so more of those cats in the game. Toronto has a bigger mix of everything. Its specific Arabs though, mainly bedoons/Iraqis. Ottawa prison pop got a high number of Muslims too

Police are seeking a 22-year-old suspect, Simeon Harty, in a drive-by fatal shooting that might be called “death by stranger.” It is a known phenomenon among young men who are dissed or otherwise offended. In this case, it led to the death of Kevin Nicholas Gidden, 23, a recent immigrant from Jamaica. Something, police aren’t sure, passed between some young men in a service station on Thursday, October 27. Shortly after that (about 12:45 a.m.) a car pulled up beside the vehicle in which Gidden was a passenger. The driver fired several shots into the car fatally injuring Gidden. Gidden’s companion took off towards 43 Division at 4331 Lawrence Ave. E. where police tried to save the wounded man. He died later in hospital. Now the hunt is on for Mr. Harty. He may be in Scarborough or Hamilton where his car has now been found, police say.
