Mf a go to school to accumulate debt. They got degrees but it was never gonna lead to employment..now they are salty and feel like they are entitled to work certain jobs.
getting a degree,masters etc. means nothing anymore, its all about experience, and knowing someone to get you in.
I work at a hospital and they would hire a internal person over a external person with their doctorate if you know the right people

nah vancouver had the same thing after the 15% hike, markets go down for a few months then come back strong.
The only thing that will change the markets is if the interest rates go up a percent or two
