Back in the 2000’s, woodbridge was farmland and driveways were covered in rubble.
2400-2600 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 2 garage houses all down my street went for 2-300k.

Too many people with mortgages that they cannot afford, I'm curious to know what change of the interest rate will do to them...although we don't expect it to go up drastically, it is currently sitting at 0.025, we might see go up to 0.050.
The 1980's and early 90's houses might have been cheaper but those interest rates were
if you were borrowing, it was good years if you had money and savings.
