Catching up isnt an option...rather an exodus of the elite blacks into a different region.

Lol sorry one of he few that Ive been able to have intelligent conversation.

I don't think I totally agree I think that many blacks need to change how they viewfamily and working together...because this is a city/country where two incomes is almost necessary to thrive.

I think you have a poiny about moving to a region but these need to parts that were neglected that blacks need to make a conceded effort to clean up...gentrification does not equal white or asian moving in. But there needs to be lilemindedness.

before it was brampton and ajax then all the jane and finchers and malvernites who got a little bread started to move there

most blacks will move where other blacks are, its why there are only like 20 cities in all of canada that have over 3% black population.

niccaz aint going to thunder bay, peterborough, vancouver and ish.

its toronto, ajax, brampton, montreal, ottawa

Ive always wondered why is that? Would love to see more black peers in york region...its not as expensive as people think but it is family oriented. Every time I tell people where I live they think I am rich and stuck up...which I am and we are just middle class. Love to see more black people around my way yall should come down and invest here.

even townhouses are 550k and up

theres only 5,000 black folks in vaughan not even 2 percent and thers like 300,000 people in vaughan

sadly black folks aint doing that, indians got brampton, chinese got markham, whites have everywhere else.

all we have is little enclaves in communities that are usually crap (jane n finch, malvern, metro housings),

ajax is the highest concentration of nuccaz in all of canada and its only 14%
