anyone who bought property in the mid to late nineties made out like bandits
need 50k for just a ten percent downpayment on a house or condo
most places in america or canada you can cop a nice house for under 300k
Repping means little to nothing anyone can rep a heritage but what you actually do in the name of that heritage is what peole actualy see.

The opportunities are still there you got to look for them and you got have a llan this is mot 90s anymore but there are still opportunities there I have seen condos going for mid 200k right in city this would be worth a lot more in the years to cone and I choose to be part of it lw rather than reminiscing in a time where I was not even born in.
plus the job market sucks in toronto, every nukka has a diploma, certificates, degree, nukkaz with masters baristas at starbucks and ish.
Can't even get a call back for a job in my city, but i get in the middle of nowhere in canada, even at my work for crummy paying job hr getting like 300 resumes with folks who have like 20 years experience and every 3 letter after thier name you can think off.

I an sure people were complaining in the 90s that things were expensive then you got sacrifice something to get something...simple. struggle now and reao later. And the younger do it...the more time you get to enjoy.
And? Those micro condos will be worth a lot in a few years all condos are made smaller in this day and age.
wages have barely grown , my parents bought their first house for 150k in 1990
i remember as a kid driving past condos that were starting at 85k, gas was 39 cents.
its ludicrous to think any different, this is the worst its been for any generation in a long time in terms of being young and propety ownership tied to wages.
the average toronto household makes like 60k, the average house in toronto is over 700k, average condo is 450k
its not adding it up, and not to be racist its these indian, cinese and koreans who are always overbidding like 100k for a house and ish just like what to do in vancouver asian investments
its no wonder the two most expensive places in canada toronto and vancouver are both influxed with east indians and chinese
You're right but these asians are not all ceo and rack in millions...many lf them are working vclass pulling their resources together and paying in cash.
It is doable...I got taxi drivers where I live...living in york region and his wife works at Walmart.they have house they just know how ro leverage their income and utilize their resources.
You can male millions ans waste or maka an averahe income and sace like crazy. If you live at ho.e with parents this is the time to do it.
