Ryse wasn't bad imo


It had it's issues but it was far from terrible


Beyond Two Souls, Resident Evil 6, Heavy Rain, Ryse etc all got low to mixed ratings from publications and all ended up being games I enjoyed thoroughly


I'm expecting this to be the same

That game sucked breh. And heavy rain got great reviews

Unless a miracle happens there probably won't be a sequel. Ready at Dawn will be lucky to survive this.They've been working on this game since 2010 mind you. The game has a 65 on Metacritic it seems likely destined to be a bomb. It has no multiplayer and a short campaign with no replay value. We'll see when the numbers come out but this doesn't look good at all.

I'd be shocked if this does get a sequel. I dont expect this to be a big seller and its getting killed critically(game reviews do matter in regards to things like that) Could be another Mag situation

This is why I hate when products like this aren't designed to stand alone. There's a difference between leaving an opening for a sequel and something being entirely designed to set up a sequel.

If a game like Uncharted never got sequels at the end of the game it would have still been ok. This sounds like it exist sorely to launch a franchise that probably isn't gonna happen. It's Advent Rising all over again.
