So, I reinstalled Skyrim for that Falskaar mod, and I'm waiting the 2 hours it requires to do something to set it up (I dunno what, it just says that in the readme). I forgot how pretty Skyrim was. The high res pack and fxaa

Falskaar is pretty good so far. shyt is definitely harder than any other portion of Skyrim I've ever played. It scales up real well. Unfortunately, my dwarven spider follower keeps getting lost or killed. I guess I'm gonna have to leave him in skyrim

I have a question for anyone that can help.

I just put my PS3 in my office where my PC is at. My monitor only has 1 HDMI input, so I had to take out the PC's HDMI cable and put in the PS3 one to use the screen. I'm trying to have them both hooked at the same time so I don't have to go through unplugging one or the other anytime I want to use them. When I tried hooking up my PC via VGA it wouldn't work. Is there some setting I have to change in order for the monitor to pic up the VGA signal? I had the HDMI getting the feed from the GPU on my PC, now the VGA is going to the MOBO. Anybody know how I can solve this issue?

you would have to disable your gpu. and vga is crap

edit: your monitor and gpu doesn't have dvi?

They both have DVI I just don't have a DVI cable to use.

I thought VGA and DVI were the same in video and you could rarely tell the difference?

shyt is so good. It's on par with the dragonborn DLC. If you have Skyrim, get this ASAP

that would be best. dvi and hdmi are pretty much the same thing. vga is old school and analog

Irql_not_less_or_equal BSOD while gaming

started with Devil May Cry...not blue screen but crash to desk top with "program stopped responding".
same thing with Just Cause 2.

then i started playing Far Cry 3 Dragon Blood and it's shytting the bed to blue screen.

this started about 3 weeks ago.

i ran the FPS test with Arkham City 3 times in a row...no crash.
i ran the FPS test with Just Cause 2 times in a row...no crash.

i played Arkham City for about 20 minutes last night with no problems.


i got a 700w coolmaster psu
560ti gpu
i5 3rd gen
16gigs ddr3 ram
mobo is Asus p8z77-v lx


should i take out ram sticks to see if it's memory related?

I'm trying to erase all identifying info from my other alias, so I can add you all on my steam account. shyt is impossible. It seems like I can't erase shyt from peekyou and pipl. Everything else is gone. fukking internet I fukked up putting my name on shyt in 2000. I was just in high-school, I didn't know

i've made no hardware changes...don't know why i'm getting blue screens while gaming.
