Mine is a newer version of that case (glows red instead of blue, has more bays, a removable ssd drive on top and usb 3.0) but i cant remember the name of it.. I think like dx45 or something..

My god I just want to fukking use my computer. 
I updated to Windows fukking 8.1 and now I'm greeted to a beautiful blank screen at login. Task manager comes up and my first thought is to execute explorer.exe but that's to no avail. Now after waiting a few minutes everything comes up. Okay weird so I mouse over to the charms menu, hit change pc settings and I'm thrown to the start screen. My PC settings won't open up. Searching for a fix online hasn't done shyt as no one seems to have a fix for this.

Word, on air that's impressive. His GPU ain't go over 50c.
My GPU is Rambo with heat. shyt goes up to 96 dare I OC. Gives no fukks. I need to de-dust though and probably get new thermal paste.
Use my computer without hassles. After I updated to 8.1 pro from Windows 8, after I login I just see a blank screen with the mouse cursor. I'm unable to do anything except launch stuff from the task manager and after a few minutes everything shows up. My PC settings doesn't open up(the metro styled on). This shyt is annoying.

Man this FX4100 sucks ass. I think I found out whats going on with my framerate dips when rocking BF4.
I had HWmonitor open and had BF4 playing in a window. Framerate was anywhere from 30-70fps vysnc off depending on what was going on. I noticed the temps rising from 50 and it reached about 80c. About a few seconds after that the framerate tanked to the teens and I noticed the CPU temp went down to like 50c or so and then when the framerate went back up the temp went back up. This is on stock cooling too.

Not sure but it sounds like your CPU is throttling. Check AMD overdrive to see if there's any settings you can mess with. If it can't be fixed depending on how long ago you purchased it return that shyt. Micro Center has got to be the most lenient place for that. Tell em one of their employees told you that that would run BF4 just fine,
I didn't buy this with a warranty though you think they'd let me return it like that? Heres my situation. The mobo in my PC now I bought with a warranty to replace the one I had before due to it dying after getting a short I believe. The old one is the exact same one and I have the box still. I was thinking of going there with the receipt with the old mobo and return it using the warranty .Not sure but it sounds like your CPU is throttling.
