Plus i wanna see what they have out by early 2014. Why bother buying a more expensive card when they just gonna make a better one months later? There isnt a game that the 270x cant handle

im waiting on those 800 series of GTX cards.. 870 GTX if its $400 im coppin.. ONLY because im scarred from crossfiring im scared to SLI 2 670s..

i've never crossfired.
why are you worried about doing it?

i've got a 760 and i'm considering crossfiring it with another when the prices drop...i got the one i have now for $250.
if i can get another one for $150 next year then i might rock that SLI setup.

I think you should be good with 750. The internet agrees as well when sli'ing a 760

it was motherboard capability, then the card was broke and would work by itself but not in crossfire but past return to store time period and it was just too much head ache to figure out why it wasnt working.. then theres big crossfire cables and short crossfire cables and of course I had the short one but needed a long one.. just a head ache

i'll keep the cable length in mind.
my mobo is made for SLI so i'm good on that.

After I read the post I figured I was too late. You already redeemed the codes for these though right? SO I wouldn't of been able to use them under my Origin account anyway I believe...

they weren't codes it was my actual orgin account, my laptop cant power those games so i gave away and going the ps4 route....

My mobo was breeded to cross fire. But my question is,what does cross firing do? If i only have one monitor,is there any point in cross firing?

2 graphics cards pulling weight together.

1, 2, 3 monitors....whatever.

you are increasing your graphics power with 2 of the same card vs only one card.
