So, I just tested Heaven for over an hour (max settings, 1440p), with no flickering or artifacting. I guess my gpus are okay? Maybe it just a fallout and blops 3 in-game issue.

Damn only had my shyt setup for less than a weekcomcast does the same to me. The throttled my main computer down to 1mb/s
The throttle you if you download too much. I downloaded 75gb in steam games one day, and they have now throttled that computer. My other computer gets 5mb/s.
Comcast is known to throttle. They do it to me all the time

It's hella frustrating. At first i'm thinking it was my PSU that was causing all this shyt, so I ended up getting a new one, but that aint do shyt (though i needed to replace it anyway cause them Corsair cx's trash). Then after i'm thinking it's the GPU, but NOPE it's the damn PCIe slotshyt was most frustrating shyt ive been through on a PC in my lifegot me out here ready to buy a whole new PC cause I was so frustrated with this one
but just came up on a new living condition ima check out on Saturday if I get that then fukk a new PC, the house is crazy

I have a network card and tested it in the same one i had my 970 in. My PC refused to boot up when i had it in there

Only reason I'm using one myself is cause as of now I have no way of having a wired connection. It serves me well for the most part, though my download speeds are trash. I average about 15Mbps up and 4 down, although I could probably fix this by getting a router that's AC capable. The particular card I'm using now is this.

Any other programs I should test to check for artifacting, or should I just call this a strange Fallout 4 and Blops 3 bug with the flickering? I guess I'll try more games tomorrow and see if I get it in any other game, but so far so good. I gotta feeling something is wrong though...

Breh shyt seemed like a fallout 4/ BLOPS 3 issue all along. If stress testing with programs and games doesn't yield the same "artifacts" except for two games then I'm inclined to think the game is at fault here. Yeah, but nobody else has this particular bug, except one other AMD user. I gotta try out a few other games tomorrow just to be sure. Then I'll just play the game with the occasional flickering lights. If it was just fallout 4 I wouldn't be so concerned, but since I got it in Blops 3 too, it's got me worried (though the flickering in Blops 3 has happened to a lot of other people). If I see no flickering in these other games after tomorrow, I'll call it all good.
