Recently my PC harddrive died so I replaced it and install windows....everything is good. Things get weird and now it'll power up fine but my display won't work. I unplug everything make sure it's dust free and reseat everything. Power it up everything is fine and display works. Restart it to test it out and sometimes it works(the display) and sometimes it doesn't. Tried one last time and no matter how many times I restart still black screen. I give up and concede to build a new PC. 2 months go by and Wednesday I powered it up on a whim and it's working fine.....until today. I'm thinking its video card but it sounds like it's getting full power...

remove or disable your graphics card and use on board graphics.

I'm not buying, that's the one I already have. The one I'll have to upgrade eventually

Yea that's even better that that cpu is decent for a mid end build its normally the one I recommend people for mid end rigs do not bother crossfire with those cards get a 750 ti or 280x anything better will be a bottle neck because of that cpu. The best upgrade you can do also would be getting a ssd for the OS.
