I'm getting huge drops and shytty performance on metal gear now, but it was all smooth at first.

Seems like the further i play into the game, the worse my performance gets. Anybody else have this problem?

I haven't played the game since upgrading my pc with a 2nd 980ti

I started getting frame drops with a single 980ti when i reached africa. Was playing at maxed out settings with hbao+ at 2880*1800.

I was forced to drop the resolution to 1440p to keep it locked at 60fps.

I have 2 Titan Xs (basically what you got with more vram). You're gonna be killing mgsv at 1440p. It barely uses 35% of each gpu at all ultra. I haven't tried it, but you can probably get 60fps at all ultra at 4k with 2 cards

yep, I have a 980ti and I play at 1440. framerate still takes a dive when Quiet does her run near me

Is it really bad like down below 10fps?

The game is literally stopping for couple seconds for me. And I was running above 60fps when i first started playing.

probably a reach but it would be real nice if the 500gb 850 evo started flirting with the $150 price mark.

never got that far, i stopped on the first africa mission.

Does anyone else still have horrible frame rates in batman arkham knight post patch?

Even at 1080p I can't keep a locked 60fps.

gonna cop the enthoo pro this week but can't stop going back and forth between the black or the white version. looking for opinions as this is the first build ive ever done with an eye to aesthetics

nah it's not that bad, and it only happens when Quiet does her run and kicks up a bunch of dust

Sometimes it's just going in or out of a building, opening the map

Or if quiet kills someone, explosions, etc.

It's just weird cause I could understand some drops into the 20-30s but I'm literally gettin 0fps at some points.

It's still playable cause it only happens every once in a while, but it's still playable.

sounds like you might be running out of memory, or having HDD streaming issues. maybe try defraging the drive you have the game installed on

what does the other one you are considering look like?

thanks. its one of the new z170 mobos so the bios is still a lil wonky (or maybe im just spoiled from only ever using asus uefi) but its an otherwise great board.

definitely getting the phanteks enthoo pro just not sure which color would complement the board best.

White:

I would honestly prefer black but just can't get over how clean that white would look

if I want to connect an internal hard drive to my pc without having to open the pc is there an option besides an enclosure?

I want some files off my old drives but to get to the SATA connectors I would have to take out my current drives which I dont want to do
