Yeah, this apartment is actually in Arlington. It's got a free gym and shyt too. Walking to work will save me a lot of money on gas (and headache from a bullshyt communite), but still....$2K a month sucks. The apartment is nice though

i know the feeling living in nyc breh. but like you said, walking to work is a good look. if you need to use a car, check out zipcar, i use that shyt all the time.

All I gotta say is: fukk Texas. Downtown Houston is alright, but the rest of the state is full of redneck, ultra conservative a$$holes (minus Austin). Here's hoping the DC area is better

I wish my walls were brick. It was a pain in the ass to find the wooden studs for my walls due to it having two layers of drywall.

Yeah I work in DC but live in Alexandria. Rent still about $1450 a month...$2,000+ is just too expensive.

@Ciggavelli worth it to go from a i5 2500k to i5 6600k? .. doing this tho would mean a new motherboard. I can get a motherboard (Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 7 LGA 1150 ATX Intel Motherboard) with the i5 6600k for about $320 after rebates. is that a good deal?

i will be keeping my current radeon r7 series graphics card.

My 3570k is still holding me down without overclocking.

I'm on my 3rd gpu with my current build and hope to keep it going for at least another 2.
