honestly it should be easier to see at lower resolutions
I tried it at most resolutions. I'm going to test it out in a few. It might be because if I play at 1920x1080 the game is technically being downsampled which will make it harder for me to see jaggies?? My TV is 720P btw.
i give up. I could hardly tell the difference with AA on whether it be SMAA low, medium, MSAA, FXAA etc. I tried Crysis 3 with different resolutions and AAing and it looks nearly the same. I could only discern a softer image albeit a tad blurrier than normal with FXAA or whatever on. It must be easier to see on older games like PS1/PS2 emu's.
i decided not to if Direct X 12 or something comes out they'll be expensive paperweights and given how powerful they are from a technical standpoint they'll outlive their own usefulness.Buy two.
By the time Direct X 12 comes out and you start seeing it in games we'll have already long outlived our current cards.
