Bleed The Freak
Superstar
You Zion apologists need to get a grip
Nah man we're supposed to try to keep big upping his potential like he's not a 5-year veteran in the league and a massive disappointment in what his career is as of today.

True, but they needed him to pan out badly tho. It’s not
The NBA has moved on from Zion Williamson ever being a superstar.
The NBA never needed Zion to pan out.True, but they needed him to pan out badly tho.
Wouldn’t say basketball, just certain cases.Basketball is in a really strange place right now.
Disagree wholeheartedly. The following and hype he had a Duke was insane, through the roof, and perfect for the NBA to capitalize on which they obviously tried to do in his first couple of years in the league. So its not like Silver and the league wasn't thinking the same thing. And I didn't say the league needed new stars ever year but JA and Zion translating was definitely on the menu and a big part of the marketing plan early on. The Euro stars like Giannis, Jokic, and Luka don't hold attentions well and the league still having to lean on Bron and Curry in 2025 is a huge sign that a void needs filling. The NBA never needed Zion to pan out.
The Pelicans may have needed it to stay in New Orleans, but the NBA hasn’t needed new stars every year, including a few American stars.

He's going to be "next up" and get that push without a doubt. We'll see what he does.Cooper Flagg will quickly put Zion out of the public consciousness
Bro walked into the league as damn near a 25 point scorer in 28mpg. The Covid shut down really sent his career in a different direction. He broke multiple records in year 2, but no fans at games and the coverage wasn't the same. Year 3 was supposed to be the 32/8/8 season, then the nikka showed up with a broken foot and 50 extra pounds. Then the team kept lying about his return. Rather the staff mishandled it or he wasn't taking things serious, he lost A LOT of that weight (was still too big in 22 imo) and was dominating again.Disagree wholeheartedly. 19 points on 48% is good. 23 points on 68% is one of the best stat lines in college history.Cooper Flagg will quickly put Zion out of the public consciousness
Brother, wanting and needing aren’t the same thing.Disagree wholeheartedly. Had the best record in the NBA and was top 5 in MVP rankings, then hamstring, season over.
Last year he was fat asf. Even after he slimmed down and was fast again later in the year, he was still fat.
Right now is the smallest he's been since year 2. Might be smaller than year 2 (definitely less muscular but a lot less fat also) low key.
I fully expect him to average 28+ for the rest of this season and id bet anyone on that.

No. Flagg will not be anywhere close to Zion as a player and you should be ashamed of yourself for thinking this. He won't average anywhere near Zion numbers and he won't impact the game like Zion.
