No question.
Being "black" isn't a strong enough rally cry. No other people on the face of this earth identifies themselves solely as a damn color. They are either this nationality, or this tribe or this religion. And that unites them.
When you ask an African American what are they, they say "I'm black". No, that's not powerful enough.
We need a new classification.
Disagree somewhat. Race is our strongest assembler. We're fightin' racism.
But we do need more to unify around. Knowledge/history, what racism really is and what it's doin', and how to conquer it.
Basically, folks need to know Black is more than a skin color.
Youre missing the point ... its not about one person doing it alone...
If everyone plays their part then there will be a difference...
problem is a lot of people just talk the talk and wait for someone else
People's parts to be played are affected by a racist system. The system is designed to let only a few through, only to disguise the existence of racism, or serve the system in some way. If those that get through, if those with knowledge and charisma don't share and inform and plan, the parts most folks play will never be more than they are.
