even cube said dre put him on in Eazy doc .he was lil kid he used come around dre.....i thing the movie got yall trick

yall talking about cube but not the dude who wrote 80% of NWA his name is D.O.C

even D.O.C said it don't really show you how it was really went down in the NWA film
Not saying the movie was accurate but to think his complete accurate it is also ducktales, especially since it seems that the guy has a grudge against Ice Cube.

Plus Cube and Dre around the same age(Dre is 4 years older than Cube), saying this was a Daddy and Son relationship is completely false.

Also on the bold, are talking during when Cube was there or when Cube left? Because when he was there he wrote the majority of N.W.A. songs, D.O.C. did a lot of writing for the group when Cube left.

I'm just posting what I come across.

Formation of Westside Connection

Mack 10's love for Jayo Felony's album, 'Take a Ride', and disdain for Masta Ace's pseudo west coast parody album, 'Slaughterhouse', were just two of the reasons for the formation of the Westside Connection. Although they had wanted Jayo to be a part of it in some sort of way, his reliance/addiction to "Sherm Sticks" made him persona non grata in the industry, basically he couldn't be trusted. Another main component was the fact that two different factions were looking to "talk" to de facto Westside Connection leader, Ice Cube. One faction was lead by rapper KAM and his FOI Riders. The other was lead 2PAC and Suge Knight(more on these two different stories later). With those walls closing in on him, Cube jumped at the opportunity to have a both Blood(Mack 10) and Crip(W.C.) team to offset the two aforementioned Crip and Blood squads that were ready to pounce on him.

Now I DEFINITELY got to question the legitimacy of this. Common knowledge knows that the reason why Westside Connection was formed was due to the two success singles of "Westside Slaughterhouse" and "West Up" from Mack 10's and WC's albums. Mack 10 was originally Cube's artist and WC is Cube's childhood homie. Cube came up with the idea of the group because of HIS own beef with the east coast not supporting west coast artists and "Westside Slaughterhouse" sparked a lot of controversy due to that Common Sense dis. That was how the group was formed. I don't know about Jayo Felony or Masta Ace (which I DO agree the whole Slaughterhouse LP was a dis at west coast hip hop). But those were the REAL reason it was formed. A lot of people out west felt disrespected by zero support or radio play out in New York to include Ice Cube. And those two singles were HITS which made it commercially smart to create a supergroup and ride the East vs West wave to make money. It wasn't that deep.

I also DEFINITELY disagree with the Tupac/Suge Knight shyt because Tupac was in PRISON for the vast majority of 1995 when Westside Connection was FORMED. Also, during that period was after the gang truce of '92 during the LA Riots. Most Bloods and Crips were working together anyways. Death Row being the prime example of that (despite in-house disputes). So, I REALLY question the legitimacy of this story.

DOC helped but he didn't write 80% of that first album. But he def helped write on both Eazy album and NWA shyt. Matter fact it's easy to tell the verses he wrote. His style is written all over em.

MC Ren wrote the majority of Eazy's 1st album... and that's mostly because Cube was in college at the time. DOC mostly wrote for Dre.

The movie introduction of Cube linking with Dre is purely accurate. Dre WAS living with Sir Jinx who lived across the street from Cube and Cube did always go there and begged Dre to get put on to shows at the clubs or skating rinks. So that shyt is true about Dre bringing Cube along and Cube busting freestyles at clubs that Dre was hosting.

And DOC did more of the writing responsibilities after Cube left, but mostly because it was all he could do due to the accident. DOC may of contributed a little bit with Straight Outta Compton, but it was mostly Cube & Ren that wrote the vast majority of the songs. MC Ren wrote the vast majority of Eazy Duz-It, and the majority of the writing by DOC was for Dr. Dre with an occasion of the time for Eazy.

Dude said Pac and WC

Not true at all tho. Definitely not 2pac at least. But people say that basing if his Death Row stint as if was to do with how great he was..nah, Death Row just had alooot of muscle. 2pac barely walked without security in La so thats bs. Lol at his justification for having 2pac in the NWA movie..boy o' boy..a post-death:er. How was he so much more against AIDS than any other rappers? Most rappers spoke alot about it since it was alot of campaigns about it starting in the 80s. Smh. So thats off too.

I think Ice T might have some truth to it,. WC being a solid one is true from what ive gathered, but hes avtually a very humble and very very intelligent cat too. Eazy E? Not sure.

But dont get it fukked up reality is fans eat shyt like this up. Cant NOBODY just walk without problems or threats coming, especially famous people. Its bullshyt. Which is what i said regarding when 2pac was on Death Row. It was just muscle on Death Row holding him down.

Lench Mob and Above The Law is common knowledge out there. So is much of what dude said, outside the shyt he decided to spin for his own fandom.

Oh, and did dude really say Cold 187um produced Definition Of A Thug nikka? nikka that was Warren G when they did it for the Poetic Justice sdtrk. The nikka Warren G funnily enough just spoke about it during his latest press run.

That's been known. The footage where 2pac is in the studio with his black hat & black vest with Richie Rich just freestyling? Thats the time they did that song. Was around 1993.

Yea, that's why I said Jerry Heller technically didn't do anything wrong... from the sound of things it was the 1980's version of a 360 deal. But the issue that made things shady was him discouraging Cube and others not to have outside representation to verify the contracts. Jerry Heller knew what he was trying to do and if you have more than ONE individual complaining about the same thing, from Cube, to Dre, to eventually Eazy and everyone else that were involved...then call a spade a spade. Jerry was doing some snake shyt. That said, that's how the music business ran. In Jerry's eyes he did no wrong and by those standards back then he was right...

Needless to say, Tomica Wright was worse.... but that's a whole 'nother story.

:feedme: whats the deal with her? for a nikka that slandered women so effortlessly ( Eazy probably the GOAT when it come to dissing females. this nikka gave zero fks) he sure left all his shyt to her though...:heh:

Good read but I already knew 90% of this stuff. For those wanting to learn more "Ruthless" and "Rollin With Dre" are great reads.

I didn't remember how many different labels Eazy was using though, he was a hustler for real.
