my ringer "hot take" is that Chris Ryan is on too many goddamn podcasts. i like the guy, but he is on everything always. they're doing this "CR Month" and the movies they're covering have been discussed so much over the years in bits and pieces, you can probably compile a 4 hour rewatchables for each of them. If i have to listen to these dudes talk about Heat for one more fukkin second, i'm gonna explode. Heat has been discussed on the Ringer more than Jayson Tatum at this point. one of the most overrated movies ever made.

It's gonna be fukking hilarious if heat 2 isn't good and they'll act like it never happened 5 days after release....like they did Den of Thieves 2 and house of Gucci

And Devil Wears Prada is by far the most overrated movie by the ringer

they just let Amanda have something but Bill calling it the most rewatchable movie of the millenium is comedy... it's still Heat. Moneyball is 2nd actually.

I can't blame 'em. CR's that dude, brings a lot of energy into the fold.

Weren’t they sponsored by the Den of Thieves sequel, they were pushing the hell out of it. They did a Rewatchables and I think the director was chilling in the audience.

Sean might kill himself if Heat 2 sucks.

Chris, Bill, and Van are pretty clearly the best podcasters. I like Joanna Robinson and Andy Greenwald but they're not for everyone. Fennessy is knowledgeable but can be pretentious.
