Tmz is saying the production crew is siding with Rock in the feud and that Vin Diesel was late on set

TMZ reports that the production crew of Fast 8 have sided with The Rock in his feud with Vin Diesel. Sources claim that Rock has been upset with Diesel’s work ethic “for a long time”.

They claim that Diesel was between thirty minutes to an hour late for shooting. This wasn’t because he was late to the set, but because he was in his trailer and wouldn’t come out. He allegedly didn’t enjoy Monday 7 AM calls so production had to make the start time 10 AM for his benefit. The crew felt that Diesel’s ego was also bad due to his producer title. He wouldn’t listen to anyone and would criticize the acting of others, including The Rock.

Meanwhile, the crew sees The Rock as the “ultimate professional” who is always on time and “always nails his scenes.” He’s also reportedly easy to work with.

Rock and Diesel have been fighting for some time before Rock called out Diesel on social media. Diesel confronted Rock on Tuesday in Rock’s trailer but the issues are unresolved.

In addition to being paid for starring in the moves, he's had Producer credits starting with the 4th F&F movie, which have grossed over $3 Billion at the Box office.

The list you are refering to is a little tricky.
Rock isn't the highest paid actor, but he is the actor who has earned the most money this year from movies AND tv.

kevin hart is higher on the list than The Rock, he just maid his money from ventures outside of acting.
