I am tired of the Fangio/Capers type of 3-4 defense though.

I think they should go to a 4-3 and hire young assistant coaches who are well regarded.

Chris Harris killed it in 2021 interviews with the Packers. Plus, we need BLACK coaches. Pack lack diversity

It either had to be a retired player (but the packers arent hiring anyone not white) or college coach with crazy scheme (this is what happens on the offensive side of the ball).

Me too. I like his demeanor and his philosphy. We all admitedly hate soft coverages thaf concde yards, so I embrace the aggressive, press coverage approach. Most of the great CBs were press guya from Rod Woodson, Aeneas, Prime, Champ, Revis, Mike Haynes, Mel Blount, Dale Carrer, Ty Law, Steph Gilmore etc..
