I'm jealous :ehh:

I wish I was Korean

Why do so many Koreans move here if the standard of living there is so high?

Standard of living NOW is high

Most Koreans here immigrated in the 60s and 70s when it was a 3rd world country. Most Koreans living here now are 2nd generation ...

A lot of the Koreans I came up with were FOB's

I like Koreans (excluding the racists/white worshipers)

Dont complain
Dont commit crimes
Take Education extremely seriously
Very civilized and creative
Cool names

You should be proud breh. You could have been born worse. You like Korean girls?

:comeon:

Go look up the UNKRA and then tell me if what you just told me is true

Then look up the trade rates between south Korea and the US. We literally funded their reconstruction and are one of their top trade benefactors
They still built their country up so you have to give them credit for that at least

There are certain other countries that have received billions in aid yet couldnt develop their nations

I actually watched this same documentary (and many others) for the exact same reason, a while ago. To see how this could be applied to African countries and the short answer is it can't. The big difference between Korea and the other asian tigers and Africa is that even when they were "poor" they were still well educated. Yes many of them were illiterate but they still had a lot of trade skills and the knowledge base was already there. The biggest detriment to Africa's growth is the lack of skilled labor/education. If you want to apply anything in this video to Africa that's what you'll have to fix first.

Precisely

Africa's youth (all of them, each and every single one) need to become educated before anything else. After that, everything else will eventually take care of itself.
