This to me is why Lebron and Durant are two sides of the same coin for that generation of ball players. There's no interest in trying to build a team around them, only slide into situations are already attractive and established. Except bringing him and Ky to Brooklyn literally nuked the nice core that had been built before they got there and wiped their shyt stained shoes all over the furniture

Brian wrong giving up on dj instead of tryna better the roster who gives up on a 25 year old almost averaging 20 pt trip dub only man in history to average the stats he averaged not saying he was 1st option caliber but you gon trade him cuz you wanna reset like nikka you cudda reset with him you slum

I know the Knicks tried to trade their young pieces multiple times:

-Once to the Kings and the Pistons in the hopes of getting Jaden Ivey (rejected)

-A second time they tried to trade Obi to Portland for their pick (rejected)

And I always wondered why couldn’t they get anywhere and the article explains it. They are too scared to trade those draft picks.

Truth be told it’s a smart move because Donovan and Brunson would be a disaster in the backcourt
