You didn't see Denver smash the Panthers in the superbowl...lol. Everybody was hurt in the playoffs last year. Hell houston was in the wcf las year (:russ:)It's an * on the golden state Warriors to me. Bron was up 2-1 without kyrie and kevin love. He also scored back to back 40 point games last year and You see what happens to the clippers  this year with injuries.

Oh one last thing I'm not betting against popovich:yeshrug:
There's no asterisks in sports. GS earned that chip.

I am starting to feel that the exclusively 3 & D guy at the wing position isn't as valuable as it used to be, especially with how defenses and the stretch 4 is continuing to evolve. Pretty much gotta be a 3&D+ ... as in plus something else to make you less predictable. Warriors are littered with those type of players, even Draymond himself is a 3&D guy + playmaking (which is huge) + rebounding. Aldridge and Diaw altho largely inside the 3point arc, certainly classify as spot up shooters and defenders + post play.

So someone like Danny Green or Trevor Ariza, they gotta be able to put the ball on the floor or post up smaller guards or something where they can still contribute if they aren't completely wide open when they get the ball.

Exactly. Which is what kills Danny because...he can't do any of this shyt...

Danny played in 79 games this year...he shot 43 freethrows:francis:

8 of them were technical foul shots :francis:

We can say that but the sports world said last year that was one of the easiest roads to the finals...I just tend to agree. That's why the Warriors wanted Cleveland health this year so nobody can say anything about health.

They don't care who they beat or how they win:heh: A chip is a chip. Injuries is a part of the game:manny: They don't care if they beat the cavs or a team like the hornets breh. If they win again they gonna celebrate regardless and rightfully so.

Statistically a chip is a chip but fans know when the chip is earned and when the chip is simply taken like a gift, just go play your regular game and take it.

This is like when one person earns a 5k paycheck after a month of work while other dude wins 5k in the lottery, both have same money but the one who worked earned his money while the other dude got lucky.

Warriors not the only ones who got lucky, true, but the way warriors got sooo lucky happens rarely in the league history. They avoided two of the top 3 western teams and then faced the best eastern team without their two scorers. And to put a cherry on top each team they played had key player injuries. You don't see that often.

People shyt on LeBron for playing in easy eastern conference and well warriors deserve that asterisk talk too.

Last time a team got so lucky was san antonio in 2007 when warriors eliminated mavs and that stupid robert horry flagrant fukkery suspended like half of the suns team via stupid reffing. And then they proceeded to beat cavs with James and bunch of nobodies. Every other team between 07 and 15 had great healthy teams challenging them. Even 14 spurs had more challenge.
