Say it long enough and it's bound to be true, right? :pachaha:

Their rotations were really crisp last night and Westbrook played team defense instead of gambling all the time. I don't think it holds up against Golden State.
I backed my view up with stats during the season - stats that showed they were one of the better defensive units at the time. :francis:

Don't really care if we lose tonight because we don't deserve to win. Missed a shyt ton of layups and gimmes in game 2. Led both games 4 and 5 going into the 4th. Gave up a 13 point lead in the 3rd at home. Several dumb rotations by Pop. Were up 1-0 and 2-1. I almost hope we lose at this point. I'm disgusted.

Get ready for one emotional game, brehs :mjcry:

This feels eeeily like 2012 again. Choke the series lead away and in game 6, Pop changes the starting lineup and it works....until we run outta gas.

OKC has been playing some TREMENDOUS defense the last 2 games - the post and the perimeter.

It's night and day compared to what they were doing in the regular season. They're playing inspired.

Have held them under 98pp 100 possessions since game 1. Besides transition defensive problems in game 3 we been good

Tonight is a big night for Leonard. People have been putting him in the lebron/kd category, it's time he shows us he belongs.

Last year in game 6 vs the clipper up 3-2 with a chance to close he shot 3-15 and had 12 points

In game 7 vs the clippers he was 5-13 for 13 points.

I want to see him aggressive from start to finish tonight.

Crazy too bc every single time we open up a double digit lead.....yall NEVER panic and I never ger too caught up in it bc i know OKC will come back methodically and thats exactly what has happened.

OKC doesnt have to play a perfect game to beat us, the Spurs on the other hand have to be near perfect to beat OKC.

Sucks for him bc he has to switch between having him defend KD and Russ which will take energy away from him as the game goes on. I have no doubt thats what haplened last year having to run around behind Reddikk and then check CP3 as well. Hell he had to guard Blake in spurts too. They can't afford ro "hide" him on Roberson or Waiters bc Durant will abuse Green and Russ will abuse TP.

He gonna have to dig deep or it's over and the talk will be "as the main man and number 1 option, he's led the Spurs to a round 1 and round 2 exit" in back to back seasons and that criticism will be warranted.

It's tough, but this is the burden of the superstar player. No one felt sorry for Jordan averaging 36-7-7 vs the detroit and losing while having to guard both joe dumars and zeke.

Same for lebron, kobe, wade, tmac, etc......

The issue with leonard is to me he isn't a number 1 scoring option like those guys. He's being thrusted into a role not fit for him. LMA to me is a second option on a championship team. It's obvious with how wildly inconsistent he's been this series. You have 2 beta's sharing the role of alpha, it's going to be a disaster in the long run
