Pops changed a successful style of play to fit Aldridge in. A player who primarily shoots an inefficient mid range jump shot.
Sacrificed Danny Green, Patty Mills and Diaw because of LMA
They need more athleticism in the frontcourt and more on the perimeter, letting Corey Joseph go looks like akind of slip up from them now, especially with how good he is on defense.
They let him go for cap space to sign Aldridge
They definitely could have used him.

That season sweep would be deceiving if you didnt watch the games tbh. The Thunder were in full control and they kept blowing it in the dying minutes of the 4thQ. Yeah they choked but they are a much better team now and there is no reason why they shouldnt be able to close it out. I cant wait for the odds to come out but im putting a few $$ on the Thunder to take this in 6 games or less. There is nowhere for Curry to hide and Draymond needs to forget about rebounds- he has no chanceI could see that if they weren't defending champs as well & swept the season series
In that case you might see Aldridge having to fit into 2011-2015 Spurs motion offense and drive and kick
