Props on the link, I'm a read this when I get some time to chill, but from the reviews I read on Amazon, this mother is the epitome of a narcissistic parent. Her type is who I was referring to in my previous post.
That's why it's not good to look at peoples "success" as what YOU want, because you don't know what comes with that. I do think you can take some good qualities from the situation, and use that along with other styles of parenting. You take the best of everything, and make the best yourself. Of course there will never be a "best", but you can have top quality, right?
