cheat days will not destroy the body like that.

Gains are made in the kitchen through consistency.. Nothing is over night..

So if you are consistently eating right, a cheat day will not make you fat..

Thats the "religion" everyone claims to want to get rid of, yet they practice it in other ways..

yep. CT Fletcher himself said he used to go all in with the fast food/junk food in his younger days and still hit them weights hard. He didn’t give a fukk and ate because he was hungry + wanted to bulk.

Dude already had heart issues in his family and literally had to get a heart transplant 2 years ago.
Didn't he say he used to go to McDonald's like everday?

I mean there's literally no point.

You make it harder for yourself (by like 3fold) and you end up less healthy.

The truth is most people cant out-discipline their hunger. If you can out discipline your hunger or craving, you can have any body you want to (short of steroid level muscle mass)

Almost every mukbang video or "I eat shytty 5k calories a day everyday" is crap or heavy hyperbole.

Yes you can outwork a bad diet, but if you're eating 4k or 5k calories, unless you're doing heavy cardio everyday, you will gain something.

Lifting weights does not burn that many calories, compared to cardio.

No definition. Pure bulk. Prolly got a baby gut under the shirt. Totally unhealthy.

Don't listen to jackasses like the OP cause he post a pic of Floyd but Floyd prolly burns 1000s of calories a day.
Same way Michael Phelps eats 12 gs a day well he can do that cause he spend all his day burning and has a nonstop metabolism.
The average or even above average person can't do that.

You're not out working a bad diet.

You can go but it requires extreme dedication. I did it one summer during uni (it was luckily a summer where I decided not to have a job) all I ate was granola bar, banana, and coffee to fuel myself for my morning workout and when I would come back all I ate was my protein shake and half a rotisserie chicken. I also slept like 9/10 hrs too to help with the recovery process

i was cut like diamonds from Sierra Leone.
