I mean there's literally no point.

You make it harder for yourself (by like 3fold) and you end up less healthy.

The truth is most people cant out-discipline their hunger. If you can out discipline your hunger or craving, you can have any body you want to (short of steroid level muscle mass)

Currently, I am on a diet and I eat only 1.2k calories every day 1.2k spread between fruits and veggies feels way different than 1.2k of Mcdonalds (one meal btw) I don't know how to explain the feeling, but you feel good when you eat clean and less likely to crave bad things.

Also once you get adapted to the diet, you want to maintain it.

I’m not saying you can eat cake, pizza, and Mexican food everyday all day, but you can eat what you want more than you think and still stay in shape. I know them Ig and YouTube fitness folk show off nothing but baked food with green veggies but I guarantee they eat a lot of bullshyt they just don’t post it.

Fukk no you can’t, unless you’re genetically blessed

I have those genetics where literally everything I eat sticks to me unless I’m in a deficit. Goes straight to fat.

I worked out for 7 days a week intensely, but ate like shyt, so I looked like shyt

Stupid thread

Mathematically yes it's possible but people with a full-time job do not have enough time to do it

Not to mention that certain foods cause health issues regardless of body fat levels
