Your internal organs should disagree. Do people really believe that if they work out they can eat whatever they want and be fine? Your body is made up of internal organs and multiple systems of function that need proper treatment with proper micro nutrients.

Thoughts like this are why black folks suffer from the highest rate of kidney and liver failure and varying forms of terminal cancer later in life while showing no signs of it through their life.

treat your body with respect, folks…..

No you can't. You can eat some bad food and get away with it but if your overall diet is poor you can't burn off enough calories to counteract how fast you can eat them. Those muscular people have higher burn rates than regular sized people so they can eat bad foods and easier get away with it.

Watch this guy try to burn off crazy calories.

It really depends on what you mean by "bad diet" and "outwork".

If you're not consuming more calories than you burn, you won't gain weight regardless of what you eat. But a bad diet can still fukk up your cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, etc. even if your weight is fine.

It's possible, 1 Fatburger meal a day isn't outweighing the workout he gets as a professional boxer.

It's good protein, fats and carbs. Carb loading before a long workout is a good thing.

This guy is doing some shyt exercises. I burn 1100 calories riding to work, still workout after work usually 400-800 calories, then ride home another 1100. I don't try to do it, or aim for a goal, that's just what my route is. Although when I do workout I try to hit a caloric goal just to make sure I'm not in there bullshyttin and p*ssyfootin around.

10k is super hard, it could be done though....

I'm thinking a good run, a bike ride, and some rowing, your legs are going to be torched but some jump rope or jumping jacks....

Why do people use pro athletes. When talking about this subject. Like it’s their JOB to stay in shape. Theses dudes be training like 3 times a day. Everyday people doesn’t have that kind of time lol.

Bingo....AND, the minute they retire, they gain hella weight unless they start eating healthy.

Plus, eating bad messes you up on the inside. Have a 6-pack but bad cholesterol...ages you too. Not saying you gotta be Shannon Sharpe or Tom Brady when it comes to diet & exercise but cheeseburgers, skittles and brown likka will have you looking 60 at 45.

You actually can lose weight with a bad diet, it’s literally a matter of calories in and calories out. If you eat a calorie deficit of anything and workout you can lose weight. Its if you have other body goals where nutrition will matter more and where you won’t be able to get the look you want or lean out. But if your goal is strictly to lose weight and you burn more calories than you eat, you can lose weight.

??? So you ride your bike for over an hour to work and back? Even if your numbers are correct, that’s only 3000 calories and you’ve spent 3-5 hours of your day doing it. The wear and tear on your body from trying to jump rope for hours to reach that goal would be enormous and prolly put you out of commission for the rest of the week.

10k calories is absurdly hard

The most causal way of trying to get to that (walking) still means you’ve got to do at least two marathons in the day
example:

Maybe in a very short term it’s possible. The problem is a bad diet will ultimately lead you back to weight gain. Bad diets are full of calorically dense foods that will leave you hungry shortly after eating them. It’s worthless to attempt it. Eating bad foods you’ll quickly reach equilibrium as you drop weight and at that point if you’re restricting your calories and eating bad foods you’ll be SOL.

Also a bad meal can wipe out an entire gym session in a few minutes.
