If you're buying this you don't care if people pile in because the price is unlikely to even go higher than Microsoft's offer. If people have money sitting around or money in bad investments and they want something that seems stable this could be an option. Investors are panicking over rumors and hearsay. Unless Microsoft blows this up and refuses to cooperate I don't see why it gets completely blocked. If they put that 10 year deal in actual writing or as part of the deal don't see why it wouldn't happen.
Being that there is a definite timeline people aren’t buying just yet. Stock will probably go lower before it goes higher.

Someone has zero idea what they're talking about. This is nothing like Ticket Master :mjlol:

Can't tell exactly who since you linked a paywalled article :francis:
Yeah the article doesn't even compare this deal to ticketmasters. The article is mainly about how the FTC doesn't like approving mergers based off promises made by merging companies because it ends up backfiring. Ticketmasters was just an example of a merger that passed based off promises made, that ended up harming the industry when they went back on their word.

The Longshot they're talking about with microsoft is trying to get the deal passed based off microsoft's word that they aren’t gonna remove popular games from competing hardware and that the deal won't give them an insurmountable advantage in a new market.

So, more of the same, and I miss nothing by reading it. Thanks.

I don't understand the arguments and bullshyt Sony is presenting. The deal will go through completely with no concessions because their argument makes no sense. The delay is understandable due to the purchase being damn near 70 billion. Sony need to adjust, and they need to do it quick. You can't no longer deny that gamepass is something everyone wants, and COD will be on there.

We are seeing these tactics due to Gamepass and the revenue Sony will be missing. This is why I say PS4 era was the worst thing that could of happen to Sony because they ignored all other genres except narrative third person games.

There's going to be some concessions with the way this has dragged. Unlike America, other western/1st world countries are too keen on companies buying shyt up, esp things already established. Euros are BIG on that kinda shyt being a no no for them.

It's still going through IMO, but to what extent is going to be the question. Concessions will probably have to be made in order to clear in Europe. We'll see in March when the next go round of yapping occurs. All this other shyt is just people's opinions, especially those who haven't even stepped foot outside of the US. Euros are not as Corporatocracy ran as the US is. :snooze:
